Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to the website, mobile application, content, forms, and related digital services operated by Supernatural Life Church ("SLC", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using them, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You may not create an account for another person without permission or use an account to misrepresent your identity.
You may delete your account through the mobile app's account or profile settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, creates a security risk, or is used unlawfully. Where reasonable, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Purpose of the Services
The Services provide church information, sermons, devotionals, event and group details, prayer and pastoral contact channels, giving options, and other ministry resources. Content is provided for general spiritual, educational, and informational purposes. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice, and it should not replace help from a qualified professional.
Responsible use
You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully. You must not interfere with their operation or security; attempt unauthorised access; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content at scale; impersonate another person; submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing material; or use the Services to harm, harass, or exploit others.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. Do not submit another person's personal or sensitive information unless you have authority or permission to do so.
Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, SLC or its licensors own the Services and their sermons, recordings, text, graphics, logos, photographs, video, design, and other content. You may access and share links to content for personal, non-commercial ministry use. You may not reproduce, modify, sell, publish, broadcast, or commercially exploit substantial content without prior written permission. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Your submissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give SLC a limited, non-exclusive permission to receive, store, reproduce, and use it only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service and administer our ministry. We will not publicly share a prayer request, testimony, photograph, or similar personal submission without appropriate permission, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect safety.
Donations and payments
Donations are voluntary and processed by third-party payment providers or financial institutions. You authorise the selected provider to process the transaction and agree to its terms. Please check amounts and payment details before confirming. Except where required by law or where a transaction was unauthorised or made in error, completed donations are generally non-refundable. Contact us promptly about a payment concern. SLC does not guarantee that a donation qualifies for any particular tax treatment.
Third-party services and links
The Services may link to or integrate maps, social networks, media platforms, payment processors, app stores, and other third-party services. We do not control their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. A link or integration does not necessarily imply endorsement, and your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Services accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or always-current operation. Service times, locations, events, speakers, and other details may change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services and may restrict access where necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or misuse.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or guaranteed results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SLC and its trustees, leaders, staff, and volunteers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern in good faith. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be submitted to courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
